Signing up with OSK Contracting is a hassle free process. In a few simple steps you will be signed up and ready to start your contract!

Setting Up a Limited Company

Contact Imelda Prendergast by email or call Imelda on 00 353 1 439 4206. Imelda will go through all the options with you and advise on the best choice for you.

1. Sign up for the OSK Company Incorporation and taxes registration service using forms attached.
2. Sign up for OSK Accountancy, Taxation and Company Secretarial service. Contact Imelda to arrange a meeting. If you are free to meet please contact Imelda at prendergasti@osk.ie.
3. OSK will issue a letter of engagement.
4. OSK will have your company incorporated and registered for taxes.
5. OSK will assign an accountant to deal with all queries arising.
