Imelda is Partner in OSK and is a a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor and Trust & Estate Practitioner with over twenty years experience advising clients in both Ireland and the UK. Imelda is head of OSK's Contracting and Small Business Support departments.

Imelda’s professional background in dealing with personal and international tax matters means that she has a true understanding of the issues that affect her clients.

She advises on all areas of income tax, business taxes and capital taxes.  In addition, Imelda advises on all aspects of international taxation and social security, including advising both individuals and companies relocating to and from Ireland; advising on the remittance basis of taxation and tax planning for individuals who are not domiciled in Ireland.

Imelda also specialises in cross border inheritance tax and estate planning including advice on UK/Irish inheritance tax/capital acquisitions tax and estate planning for individuals resident in one jurisdiction but domiciled in another and/or individuals resident/domiciled in Ireland but with assets in foreign jurisdictions
