OSK Accountants Dublin are delighted to share details of the Going for Growth Programme. The Programme is being supported and funded by the European Social Fund, Enterprise Ireland and the Department of Justice and Equality. Lead Entrepreneurs are giving their time on a voluntary basis and there is no charge to participate in round table discussions

How does the programme work?

Invitations are being issued to Women Entrepreneurs who would like to be considered for participation in the programme.

Participants are being offered a unique learning environment with a peer led approach based on shared experiences of both the Lead Entrepreneur and fellow participants facing common challenges.

The roundtable discussions will be held once a month for about three hours where a maximum of eight owner managers (the Participants) will meet the lead Entrepreneur to support their development.

The programme is being supported by successful business women who have agreed to become involved in the initative as Lead Entrepreneurs. These lead entrepreneurs are prepared to share their experience of growing their businesses with fellow women entrepreneurs committed to growth.

Going for Growth is designed to be action and results orientated and to go beyond classroom style learning. The roundtables are designed to be based on real experiences of what has worked and was hasn’t worked in real life situations.

Suitable applicants will be at least two years running a business of which they own 50%, be working full time in the business and be will to commit fully to the initiative.
